agree to the terms of this agreement.
COPYRIGHT- This software product is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You agree to only install this software product on a single computer provided you keep the original copy solely for back-up purposes.
LIMITED WARRANTY: NO WARRANTIES. NO REFUNDS. Dolfware expressly disclaims any warranty for this software product. This software product and any documentation related to it is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Any risk arising out of use or performance of this software product remains entirely with you.
Dolfware is not in any way responsible for any damages caused by the use or misuse of this product. Should you have any questions concerning this agreement please contact List Sorcerer by way of your vendor.
You understand that under no circumstances can a refund be issued. You cannot receive a refund from Dolfware, the producers of List Sorcerer, nor can you request a "charge back" from your Credit Card Company.
